Registration Process
The presenting author (not all co-authors) must register only after receiving an official acceptance email from the conference organizing committee. The certificate of presentation and fee receipt will be issued solely in the name of the registered presenting author.
Interested attendees and non-presenting co-authors may register at any time by paying the applicable registration fee through the designated account and completing the online registration form. They must also upload the required documents, such as the payment receipt, during registration.
The presenting author should register for this conference by following the steps below:

Step I: Paper Formatting
Authors must revise their manuscript based on the reviewers’ comments and prepare the final camera-ready version using the standard template in
.docxformat. A point-wise reply to the reviewers' comments (as per the prescribed format) should also be prepared. Additionally, authors must download, complete, and keep ready the copyright transfer form for submission along with the final documents. All templates and forms are available in the Download section of the conference website. -
Step II: Payment of Registration Fee
The registration fee must be paid through online mode only. Detailed information regarding the fee structure for different participant categories is available in the conference brochure and under the Registration section.

Complete the registration form and upload the following documents via the registration link:

For attendees or co-authors who are not presenting papers, only the registration fee payment receipt is required during the registration process. No other documents are necessary.
Please Note: No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Paper rejection by the journal or conference committee
- Incorrect registration category or duplicate payment
- Author’s inability to attend or present (in-person or virtual)
All registrations are non-refundable and final once processed.

Please note that a separate Article Processing Charge (APC) will apply for publication in the associated journal or proceedings. The applicable APC will be communicated to the author upon successful quality assessment of the submitted manuscript. Kindly be advised that no refund shall be issued in the event of rejection by the publisher, regardless of the reason.
Bank Details for Payment
As applicable, the payment of registration fees should be made through NEFT/UPI or Wire Transfer. The account details for payment of the registration fee are as follows.
Note:
- The registration fee does not cover publication charges, accommodation, or travel expenses. The conference kit will be provided to the participants joining the conference in person.
- Publication fees, if applicable, will depend on the APC of the respective publisher and will be communicated to authors after the conference.
- Authors must confirm their authorship category before fee payment; no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- The organizing committee is not responsible for losses due to incorrect transactions or payment errors.
- Authors affiliated with foreign institutions, even if Indian by nationality, must pay the international author fee.
- Authors should retain proof of their transaction, as it will be required during the registration process.
- Official payment receipts will be issued after the conference, once the payment is verified.
